This is a benchmark position, not a global ranking claim. There is no independent world ranking for truck-driving schools; Madabukela's claim should be evidence-led: QCTO/TETA records, learner progress, instructor sign-off and employer/in-service outcomes.

Admissions and readiness
Applications collect only what staff need to confirm the right route: contact details, province, licence status, programme interest, language and support need.
Evidence, not surveillance
Login, quiz, module, coaching and practical records help lecturers see pace, risk and support needs. Practical competence still requires instructor judgement.
Authorised people only
Learner and placement evidence should be limited to academy staff and approved employer parties with a defined training, assessment or in-service purpose.
Correction and removal
Learners can ask admin to correct contact details, update documents and explain how sensitive records are retained or removed where lawful.
